Nobody talks about the stress of running a business the way they should. Studying for exams feels manageable by comparison. A business owner's stress is a different category entirely, a new problem shows up every single day.
Someone who struggles with ordinary daily stress finds this out the hard way. Profit or loss, it doesn't matter, salaries still have to go out at the end of the month somehow. Market uncertainty alone is enough to push anyone toward genuine depression. That's the reality of running a business, and it's rarely what gets talked about.
Our student Rohail Nadeem lived through exactly that.
When he first started his business, the response was underwhelming. Frustration built fast. Worse, his parcel return rate was climbing higher than his delivered rate. Here's what that early phase actually looked like on the dashboard:

At this stage, more orders were still working through the pipeline than had actually made it to a customer's door. That's a genuinely hard place to be starting from.
